the staff was very friendly and helpful. fresh milk was available at all times (it's a really nice touch). i appreciated that the hotel held our bags after checkout since i had a late train.

the elevator was not working . it was challenging to manage my luggage (especially on arrival) without assistance.

i accidentally made two bookings for the same room under the same name. the staff member responded saying "oh yes we have two bookings for you! ". i have yet to receive a response from the manager. A RESPONSE would have made a significant difference!
