the location was convenient to hyde park and oxford street i appreciated the helpful microwave and water heater with a small sink for preparing snacks the staff were friendly and cute.
the room i stayed in had only a few minor issues that were not significant.

the gym provided three treadmills and two stationary bikes for cardio i noticed the pool area included twenty loungers alongside a shaded area to relax in after swimming.

The bedroom had a reasonable size. The shower worked excellently.
The hotel seemed disorganized. I had to be directed between three separate hotels because no one told me the actual hotel was closed. I stayed on the top floor of a townhouse. There was nothing but steep stairs..

the room was super clean it was also cozy and had all the amenities i needed. the manager, january, was really good and friendly. she was also attentive and genuinely cared about guests. nathan and the reception team were also very lovely and cute. the team strived to help me with any request given.
the room was not nearly as big as the photos displayed online they were very deceiving. i could not open the door to the fridge without moving chairs. it was difficult to walk down the side of the bed without moving the chairs back as well.

the breakfast was quite good and very close to many places this made access easy. the hotel looks very nice too. a romanian worker was very helpful and lovely i think her name was corina dinu.

The hotel's location proved very convenient for accessing Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The room (a studio single) was clean and well-kept, with comfy beds ensuring a restful sleep. I found the provided toiletries of good quality. It was a nice touch. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The location was very convenient. it was close to everything i needed. It was very nice. i appreciated bottles of fresh water brought into the room every day. It felt thoughtful.
The room i got was quite small. there was peeling wallpaper and cracked sink. I found this disappointing. i booked a double room, though the room was small, and i didn't feel that i got what i had expected.
