A Heartfelt London Escape

cute charm helpful staff very clean room comfortable bed

The check-in was easy and the decor had a cute charm. The staff helped store my baggage all day before my airport transfer. Their politeness was very appreciated. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A restful space. I found the manager very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic Find Near Victoria!

convenient location impressively clean room welcome lift

I found the location convenient. It's just a quick hop to the train station. I also explored the Belgravia area! The room was impressively clean. I really liked that the window opens too. The lift was definitely welcome after a long day of sightseeing.

I noticed a tiny stain on one of the decorative pillows.
