fantastic stay near earl's court!

i found the location superb, it was a very short walk to the earl's court underground station. this made traveling around the city simple. the friendly and polite staff greeted me warmly, always making me feel welcome and eager to help with questions, i valued fast check-in upon arrival.

the absence of air conditioning in the room was a very small inconvenience.

A Wonderful Stay!!!

The location was superb. It's only a minute to the metro. some shops. The easy walk to parks was a big bonus for me. I had a really spacious room, awesome for being here. It was very comfortable.

My room was on the first floor. This was because of some work happening at the hotel. It was not a huge problem, but I prefer higher floors. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

the front desk staff demonstrated really good hospitality and i appreciated their quick assistance with my inquiries. i found the twin room very clean and the beds were neatly made daily by housekeeping. the hotel's proximity to earls court underground station made exploring convenient. being near various restaurants was also very beneficial.

the absence of a lift made carrying luggage to the upper floors a little difficult.

The location was excellent. It allowed quick access to the tube station. The room provided tea and coffee making facilities which i certainly used. Staff ensured my room was cleaned daily. It was a great touch. I found the storage room useful for luggage.

The furniture showed some wear and tear, such as minor scratches and slight fading.

the location is great. it has everything you need as a base when you are out for the day. the shower was great (i really liked it!). the room was clean and made up every day.

the beds were not comfy. we required first aid supplies, but only two pieces were available. hot water came from the cold tap (this was a bit odd).

decent location , disappointing room

constant noiseweak pressure

the room i had faced the street , and the noise was constant. it made it difficult to sleep. also , the bathroom was quite small , and the shower had very weak water pressure. i found it hard to get a good wash , and it was annoying to deal with each morning , the room was too hot , despite the weather not being warm.
