convenient location friendly staff functional wifi small room dated picture expensive price

the location was quite convenient, close to paddington station. the staff were indeed friendly and helpful. the wifi worked okay for basic browsing needs.

The room i had was very small. The pictures seemed dated. the window faced another window and a random space in between. it felt expensive for what it was.

a super stay!

staff assistance double beds new tiling

the staff provided superb assistance.. i needed medication refrigerated and they managed it before check-in, also after check-out! our recently renovated basement room featured two double beds, a refrigerator, a fan. a closet. the bathroom had new tiling in the big shower!

The stairs seemed a little dirty. A thorough cleaning should sort that!

My double room had a large comfy bed and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.. the bathroom included free toiletries and ample hot water for showers. soundproofing was effective. I barely heard noise from adjacent rooms or the corridor.

great location helpful staff comfortable base

the hotel features a great location, steps away from paddington station. various shops and breakfast cafes are accessible nearby. the staff provided helpful service at the reception desk and address ALL my queries. it was a comfortable base for exploring the area.

the staircase to the upper floors was quite steep. i think there should be an elevator to ease access.
