thin walls loud snorer
Check-in happened at an adjacent hotel. I wasn't aware of this beforehand. the walls were thin. i could hear everything, especially a loud snorer next door.. it was impossible to close the doors quietly. the doors had old locks.

comfortable bed helpful staff central location nearby shop
the bed was comfortable, and i found all needed amenities readily available. the staff demonstrated politeness and offered amazing assistance. the hotel's location near the tube made exploring easy (i loved that!). sainsbury's across the street was very helpful for snacks.
the cleaner walked into my room before checkout, a slight inconvenience.

i noticed a couple of coffee shops and eateries nearby providing convenient options. there are plenty of places to eat within easy reach, offering diverse choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

clean room daily sugar
The room was equipped well. the shower worked fine, and the room was clean. tea, coffee, milk, and sugar were in the room daily. the cleaner came daily and did a complete clean. She helped with luggage.
check in was at the reception for the hotel next door. no staff were in the building where my room was, it felt insecure. there were four short, narrow flights of stairs to the room.

the staff was friendly. they added new towels and emptied the bin after my arrival. the staff gave easy access to transportation and shopping. i appreciated their quick responses.

the hotel has a good location. it is near two metro stations. ahmad showed kindness and willingness to resolve my needs. i found the proximity of the stations convenient.
