the bathroom was a bit small , so maneuvering around in it proved slightly challenging.

the room was not clean, at all. the shower curtain had stains, it was quite disgusting, and the floor clearly had not been washed in a while. i seemed like i needed another shower after.

The room lacked essential amenities. i found no tea or coffee set in my room though my friend had it in theirs. i tried to call reception, but no one answered. The only response when i finally spoke to someone was a simple 'sorry'.

i am happy about the staff. they were very helpful with my luggage and calling a uber for me. the location worked great because it's near the british museum and it has access to the elizabeth line. the reception staff was superb and exceeded my expectations.
the bath was not draining easily, and the water filled up when i took shower. i had to limit the time for showering which was inconvinient. i did tried to fix the blockage, but i failed.

this facility is close to many important spots. there are easy access to bus routes, practical. the hotel backs on to a fabulous garden, so it is very calm for sleeping.
