the team welcomed me warmly. the grounds are manicured beautifully. i received a guided tour of the hotel, and anthony's knowledge of its history impressed me greatly. bruno showed me to my suite and was friendly.

the bed felt too firm for my liking , which slightly impacted my sleep quality.

the gym includes multiple treadmills and stationary bikes , as well as a selection of free weights. there is also a spa , offering massages and other treatments. the grounds are well-kept and perfect for a stroll.

i enjoyed the hotel's beautiful grounds. i walked through the gardens. i also went to the spa, it had nice staff on hand. i spent time in one of the two gyms. the gyms contain everything you might need for a good workout.

the bar charged high prices for drinks. i paid a lot for two drinks. it was more than i expected for simple cocktails.

i also enjoyed the attentive service at fletchers restaurant the sommelier offered a perfect wine pairing. the spa was super clean and relaxing the immersion treatment was really good i felt refreshed.

the pool area felt cramped guests struggled to relax there. i found the chicken bowl lunch disappointing it was dry. the gym had limited equipment only three treadmills were available it affected my workout.

the grounds are beautiful. all the staff members were friendly. they were very polite and attentive to my needs. the afternoon tea was delicious , with the coronation chicken sandwich a standout.

the juice served at breakfast tasted like it came from a packet , not freshly squeezed. i expected better quality juice. this difference was noticeable. the breakfast juice was below expectations.
