Highlights

Location: Located on Blackpool's Promenade with views of the Irish Sea

Conferences: 11 conference rooms catering for up to 700 delegates

Dining: Hot buffet at Promenade Restaurant and Lounge Bar

Wellness: Indoor pool and sauna access

“This hotel certainly occupies a prime spot on Blackpool's North Promenade, aiming to be a versatile venue with its health club and proximity to key attractions like Blackpool Pleasure Beach; the extensive conference facilities, accommodating up to 800 attendees, suggest a focus on large events. However, reports indicate considerable inconsistencies in cleanliness and room maintenance, so I'd advise cautious consideration.”

a decent stay

the breakfast offered fresh food, and the staff were quick to clear tables. we were upgraded to a family seaview room, it was lovely and spacious.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear every word from the next room late into the night. on two occasions, i had to knock to ask them to quiet down! it kept me awake.

Satisfactory Stay Near the Sea

warm welcome ample space
The reception area had ample space. Multiple lifts made accessing upper floors easy. Parking cost £7 per night, and I found plenty of spaces available.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. It is a bonus. The young lady working in the spa proved very helpful, offering assistance and guidance. These amenities add value to the accommodation.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast and dinner were optional and priced reasonably. There were plenty of options, and the portions were good sizes. The hotel restaurant gave me convenient meal choices. It was a great advantage.
Location
8/10
A taxi to Winter Gardens cost around £6. While the hotel is further from the central location, it remains a very good option. The proximity to transportation makes the area accessible! though the parking was expensive.
Service
9/10
Staff members were approachable and willing to help. The staff quickly addressed any requests I had .
