the room was bright! it was also nice and neat. there was plenty of hot water and a hairdryer, which i appreciated. the location was close to trams and trains.
The online check-in system did not provide an invoice. i asked for a refund. there was no minibar or fridge in the room. the bed was on wheels and not fixed. This was a safety concern.

The check in and check out processes were straightforward, and the left luggage service was a plus.
The executive room was not available until 3 pm, despite the early check-in benefit. My two bookings were never linked, regardless of multiple calls and discussions. Key cards stopped working after the first day, and we did not receive drinks vouchers until later in our stay I was very frustrated.

the staff was helpful. they assisted with directions and local information when asked. the breakfast included bagels and i found it fresh.
the bar service ended too early. i wished it stayed open a bit later.
