direct access helpful staff express bus
The hotel is close to the rail station. The staff opened an emergency exit for direct access. I found the express bus to the football stadium almost opposite the hotel convenient. The towels were big and cosy.
The check-in system felt impersonal and did not seem to work properly, a little frustrating.

The location allowed easy access to city attractions. The room included a supremely comfortable bed. The building connected directly to the train station (very convenient).
The self check-in process felt a bit impersonal. There was a lack of warmth.

small room disappointing window
The hotel's location near the train station was acceptable.
My room was small. The window only allowed me to see the sky, VERY disappointing. I had to request a different room with a fridge. I thought that was standard. The emails asking for more money to upgrade my room were ANNOYING.
