The location allowed easy access to city attractions. The room included a supremely comfortable bed. The building connected directly to the train station (very convenient).

The self check-in process felt a bit impersonal. There was a lack of warmth.

the rooms had modern decor and were clean. free bottled water and a nespresso machine were provided in my superior room. dinner at stoke brasserie and grill was great. i had lamb chops that were amazing, compliments to the chef.

the room was slightly small. the hairdryer socket was too far from the mirror.

The hotel's location near the train station was acceptable.

My room was small. The window only allowed me to see the sky, VERY disappointing. I had to request a different room with a fridge. I thought that was standard. The emails asking for more money to upgrade my room were ANNOYING.
