The elevators DID NOT function properly. I experienced several stops at incorrect floors. the provided hand soap was ALL-IN-ONE, it being for both hands and hair, unacceptable. furthermore, the shower drained VERY slowly.

I really appreciated the excellent location close to everything. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they maintained super clean cleanliness. My room included a very comfortable bed and sofas, so I had a pleasant stay.

the rooms had a great design and felt spacious i found the air conditioning worked effectively plus soundproofing kept things peaceful i also had easy access to the subway i appreciated the super clean condition of my room as well

the fridge in my premier plus room didn't work i wanted it to chill wine but it wasn't cold enough i had to use a bowl of water instead it was slightly inconvenient

The location is CENTRAL. I found the staff very helpful, ALWAYS ready to assist. My room was super clean and had all necessities for a short visit. I appreciate the convenient location near various attractions.

Wonderful Stay in Central Location

The staff immediately found a room for me upon my early arrival around 11 am. It was the Suite Johann Strauss. The room was quite spacious for its location. The bathroom was especially huge, which I appreciated very much.

The hotel entrance seemed a bit unclean upon arrival. There was some dirt on the floors. The lift walls had some stains. I also found the receptionist to be not particularly cute.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted

I encountered some issues . The hot water pressure was poor. It fluctuated constantly, even after running for a while. This was quite inconvenient. I also found the reduced menu for main meals disappointing. My future stays may be elsewhere as a result.
