the air conditioning worked perfectly. the staff was helpful! the room was tidy. i found the room super clean and comfy.
i found the price of the food and drink items unavailable in the room. a way of communicating with the front desk would have been useful, without going through the pub.

I appreciated the complimentary snacks. There were crisps and biscuits available in the side room. oat milk sachets were a nice bonus. I like that touch. the bathroom had a window, quite unusual. It was a nice feature. the location is great.
The stairs to my room were a bit much. It was a bit bizarre to check in at a pub bar.
