The location near Paddington Station provided excellent access to transportation. It made getting around simple. Several restaurants sat close to the hotel. The staff offered attentive service and helped with requests. I found that very helpful.
The stairs felt very narrow for taking luggage up, though I managed.

the location is really convenient. i could easily walk to paddington station. staff were helpful with directions. the view of a park was lovely.
the room was much smaller than expected. i felt it was closer to a capsule hotel in size. there wasn't even a single fork available. i asked, but there were none available.
