The studio apartment reminded me of a sweet refuge. The neighborhood was lovely, with easy access to both the tube and buses. It made getting around effortless. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The lift seemed a bit old. I had to manually close its door each time.

the location was great, near many attractions. the kitchen had great facilities.

The elevator was not working . I was on the fifth floor. no one offered any alternative, this was very frustrating. my wife is pregnant and could not take the stairs. This made the stay very difficult
