basic stay with minor issues
broken shower head extra fee
The room lacked a mirror, inconvenient when i needed to get ready. noise from neighboring rooms was audible. I could hear conversations next door and above. the garden room access was a plus, but other guests used the table and chairs, limiting my use of it. the shower head was broken, and i didn't get room service during my three-night stay without paying extra.

Modern Amenities and Convenient Location
seating area useful fridge comfortable bed
I found the location convenient with Brent Cross underground station a short walk away. The room was bright and clean with a lovely seating area. Having a fridge in the room was useful and the parking space was helpful given the resident-only parking restrictions. The shower worked well and the heating was effective. The bed was also very comfortable.
I did notice that the walls are quite thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms which was a bit disruptive

The common kitchen is very practical. It allows guests to prepare their own meals easily. I used the available shared cooking facilities. It was very useful to have access to these amenities

The room included modern refurbished furniture. It looked exactly like the pictures online. The bedroom was a good size and the en suite was large, with complimentary toiletries and water provided. I found the provided toiletries and water very convenient
