The location was fantastic, a short walk to paddington station is very convenient. convenience shops nearby sold fresh items like fruit and juices. i loved the new fixtures in my room. It was very clean. the staff were friendly and gave me a quiet room as i asked. It was room 113.

the size of my room wasn't great, though it was manageable for a short stay.

i liked the QUIETNESS of my room. the location is very near hyde park, and it was nice to take a walk there. it felt safe, and the hotel team was very nice.

the room was small. there was no aircon, and the shower curtain NEEDS to be replaced because of mould. i don't like those things.

The location was convenient, close to transportation options.

The hot water in the shower took forever to warm up (I think I wasted half an hour just waiting). The staff seemed pretty clueless about the local area and couldn't offer much helpful information. Honestly, for the price, I expected better service and quicker hot water.
