the room was smaller than expected. there was no porter service, and i had to carry my heavy luggage up a flight of stairs since the lift did not reach all floors. i found this inconvenient and tiring

i loved how close everything was the knightsbridge tube station made traveling simple harrods was also close enough for a nice walk the staff made the experience even better their help felt genuine and heartfelt mo was especially kind and attentive i adored the small details , made my visit feel special

the minibar selection was somewhat limited i noticed there was only coke and one small bottle of champagne it would have been nice to have more variety but it certainly did not ruin the experience

the location was ideal. it was close to both knightsbridge and sloane square tube stations. harrods was also a short walk away. the staff provided wonderful service i found. they were very attentive and readily available.

The lift didn't serve all floors. I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs!

The hotel location is great, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The breakfast had many options and tasted delicious. Every staff member offered excellent service, specially the receptionists.

I found the lift did not reach all floors, so I had to carry heavy luggage up some stairs because there was no porter.
