i was happy the location had the train station within walking distance. the staff it were great. they were very helpful with directions. convenient parking made arriving from heathrow easy.

i noticed some dust exist in areas of the room. i think the carpets may not been cleaned recently.

The staff are beautiful and so friendly, they was always available when i needed something. location, it were close to lots of things. I loved it.

the hotel are undergoing refurbishment, which i understand, but it mean't there was a uncomfortable seat in the room. it also was'nt as sound proof as i hoped for, i could hear other guests.
