Room 6 was described as "cosy double", but it felt small and shabby. The pine furniture was quite cheap, more like something you'd find being recycled.

the heating was not working properly. breakfast was disappointing as there were no juices water or toast, there was only a menu choice.

i experienced a significant delay and felt ignored during breakfast service (it took 25 minutes to even get a menu). i was told i "seemed to have slipped in with nobody noticing. " there was no apology at checkout.
