warm welcome clean room bottled water
bill and jackie gave me such a warm welcome! the room , a standard double room , was so clean , it had tea , coffee , bottled water , and toiletries , how cool is that? i slept amazingly well during my whole stay , i really did.
the heating came on only once in my room , though the radiator was cranked up , the room stayed a bit cold.

window issue small shower
the breakfast selection was acceptable it had a variety of options
the room i stayed in had issues with the window it did not fully close this let in a draft at night it made the room colder than i liked also the shower was quite small i found it difficult to move around comfortably the lack of space was frustrating

decent stay with a few drawbacks
inadequate heating faulty window
the room heating was inadequate. it barely came on , and even when it did, the radiator remained cold despite being set to full. (i think it needs maintenance.) also, i noticed the window in my room didn't fully shut. this wasn't a major issue for me, but it could be for others who prefer less air.
