I appreciated the staff showing great understanding when I had a leg accident. They moved me to the first floor when I returned for a second stay. The staff even gave us a Standard Quadruple Room due to availability and my situation.

Finding the reception in a different building took some time. A clearer sign would help.

the room had a fridge and kettle with tea and coffee sachets. shops and restaurants were all nearby. the keys are collected from another reception desk, i knew this in advance. the presidential palace is really close.

the staff showed great understanding! i asked if it was possible not to be placed on the third floor again because of my injury. they informed me of availability on the second floor.

The room was huge and spacious and we loved it. It was also well warmed! the room had amenities i needed. i was given a quadruple room due to availability and my special situation.

the location was good as it was walkable to the city centre. it was approximately a twenty five minute walk. major tram links are also close, town is near to the location too.

i got a spacious and clean room. the bed are very comfortable. the bathroom has a big size. they provide a really nice space.

finding the reception prove challenging since i found it at a different building. there was a small note, but it was not very visible. this cause some initial confusion.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable.

The location of the reception was not ideal It was in a separate building down the street. This made check-in cumbersome with luggage especially after a long journey.
