helpful staff excellent location amazing breakfast inoperable tv poor ventilation faulty shower

the staff were very helpful. they seemed genuinely happy to help me. the location is also excellent for nightlife. the breakfast was amazing!!!

the tv was impossible to operate. the ventilation in the room was poor. also, the shower did not work properly. i was really disappointed with this.

warm hug bright kindness quick taxi

the breakfast was a delight, it reminded me of a warm hug to start my day. the staff showed such care, especially as i traveled alone, their kindness shone brightly. they helped with my bags because of the stairs, and they quickly arranged a taxi.

the water pressure in the shower was low, making it a slight bother.

A comfortable stay

excellent location substantial breakfast comfortable bed

The location is excellent, being a short walk to the train station. numerous pubs and shops are located nearby. i needed to depart for the airport early. The staff kindly prepared a substantial breakfast tray for me. the room featured a comfortable bed, as well as tea and coffee making facilities and two water bottles.

Street noise penetrated the single-glazed windows. A nearby venue played loud karaoke late into the night.

The hotel is close to shops and the royal concert hall. other attractions are also easily accessible from this central spot. I found it very convenient for getting around.

fantastic stay!

large room helpful fan

My room was clean and also quite large compared to other accommodations. i really liked the fan provided in the room. It helped a lot because there's no air conditioning (but i was fine with it). the breakfast was substantial and well presented. i think it is a great value for money.

the music from a nearby bar downstairs made sleeping difficult, lasting quite late into the night. i forgot how noisy cities can be (coming from the countryside).
