The location is AMAZING! It is a short walk from the city center. The staff gave me a complimentary dram upon arrival, a good touch. Breakfast choices were varied. I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked options and the excellent Scottish breakfast. I got a discount on meals, a PLUS!!!
The kettle in the room looked quite old.

I found the room very clean. The big bed was very comfortable with pillows that I liked. Breakfast included a great Scottish offering with fruit and juice. I definitely plan to return and I have told my friends and family about this place.
I noticed some of the vinyl peeling off the bedside drawers. It could use a refresh.
