the location was great near the metro and tram lines. the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. breakfast had a variety of fresh options. the rooftop bar provided superb city views.

The staff was friendly. A complimentary bottle of wine was present in my room. The rooftop bar offers a great view across the city (it is a must see!). The location is near the end of Wenceslas Square and about a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The bathroom sink had limited space for toiletries, requiring items to be moved during face washing.

The breakfast had lots of variety and fresh products. The rooftop bar offers a magnificent view.

I did not get the room I booked. I was supposed to have a large double bed, but I was brought to a room with two twins instead. This room was hard to get to, up and down stairs, inside and outside, so after a day of traveling and staying for only one night, I didn't have the energy to go all the way back to reception. Then she apologized.
