amazing experience in the city center

the hotel is centrally located near many restaurants and shops. i really appreciated the staff, they were friendly and always ready to assist. liana gave us a very warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. our room was also clean and the birthday cake was lovely.
Only one person with a suitcase fits.

the hotel arranged parking quickly. i like the atmosphere. It has its own character! the location is also very convenient.

the breakfast offers many choices. the breakfast also has tasty fresh products. asem and dairya in the breakfast room provided excellent service! the local products added a nice touch.

the room was spacious with high ceilings. our room had comfortable beds. the room had large windows with a great view of the tyn church, but there was also a quiet atmosphere.

I found its location super convenient. The hotel room I stayed in featured a comfortable bed. Daily cleaning made the place super clean. Every morning, staff were polite and helpful at breakfast! I felt warmly welcomed.
It barely accommodated one person with luggage. I did experience slight delays in using it during peak hours. This happen only once.

I observed regular maintenance on the premises. I saw staff keeping public areas tidy throughout the day and they always did their job well. the facilities were well maintained.

Breakfast includes different options and very delicious food. The breakfast room has a cozy atmosphere. I saw a wide variety of fresh fruits and pastries. Hot dishes such as eggs and bacon are also available.

THE location was literally great. Special thanks to the staff. They gave hints about what to do.
My room had only one tiny window. The receptionist showed me TWO rooms. One had an unpleasant smell. I felt really disappointed with the hotel.
