the breakfast options were plentiful. i really enjoyed the variety available each morning. the location was superb! it made seeing local attractions simple. the staff were excellent. they were friendly and always ready to help.
the furniture in the rooms looked old. i think the decor needs an update. the walls seemed a bit thin. i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms pretty clearly. the air conditioning struggled a bit, it was hard to keep the room cool.

The location was AMAZING!!! It was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast had plentiful options and tasted good. The staff members were pleasant and professional.
The maintenance seemed a little off, not quite matching the standard of a four-star hotel.

fantastic hotel experience!

i found the location superb central and near charles bridge. the rooms were very clean provided coffee and tea amenities and included a safe. the staff members were so helpful and quite friendly the reception remained open 24 hr. breakfast featured diverse options. the restaurant offered reasonably priced pizza and pasta i found it such a good value.
i found that one of the pillows was quite soft it may not suit everyone's preference but i still managed to sleep well

the hotel offered complimentary wifi access throughout the building i noticed several vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks were available near the lobby area the hotel also had a dedicated tour desk to help with excursions.

the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries a selection of cold cuts and hot items such as scrambled eggs i saw a variety of juices water and coffee machines available. high chairs were available for families with young children. the restaurant has good pizzas.

the hotel is a five minute walk to the center the castle is an easy walk. many restaurants surround the area a guided tour is available near the square. it has a very central location.

The room included a small kitchenette. It exceeded my expectations in terms of size and quality. The breakfast was decent. The wifi worked well in my room, so I could take meetings there instead of finding a business center.

The room was spacious and very clean. A nice extra space was available and it had a balcony. The beds were comfortable ensuring restful sleep, and air conditioning worked well, greatly appreciated considering the warm weather.
