the breakfast included a variety of foods and sweets. the staff were very helpful and polite throughout my stay. i was given a prague pass, though i did not use it, it offers discounts at museums and restaurants. tram access right outside the hotel provided convenient transportation.
i found the area to be a little noisy, especially since the room faced the street with the tram line.

the hotel is near a tram stop. i did find the location to be a bit away from the city center, requiring public transport or rideshare. despite being a bit removed, public transportation options are readily available.

the executive king room was clean and quiet . the bed, 180 cm wide, included two mattresses and two duvets for comfort. the room also provided a working table and a comfortable chair.

the hotel features amazing bars, armstrong and sky, providing different atmospheres. these bars offer a range of drinks and are staffed by polite bartenders. the building itself is excellent with historical architecture and attention to detail.

the staff at reception were very helpful. i had a room upgrade and also received a complimentary bottle of wine. breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
the television in the room was quite old, it lacked an hdmi port, so i could not connect my devices.

The breakfast buffet offered AMAZING options (i mean, EVERYTHING you could want!). The hotel also had great restaurants. The food was really superb. I was SO impressed.
The staff at the reception seemed kinda rude. The air conditioning was not working so well. It felt more like a fan (it barely blew air).

Every aspect was amazing!!! the breakfast included was great. I found no faults. the bars in the hotel were great. the staff were very friendly and spoke english. i cannot nitpick this place, it was a wonderful place to stay. i got a complimentary bottle of water and a 20 eur voucher for the next stay upon checkout.

the hotel provided free parking in the hotel parking lot, really good. a pianist played in the barwith a cozy atmosphere . the gym is located in another building and requires a pass from the staff for each visit.

a tram stop is just up the road, offering regular services into the centre, very convenient. it took only 15 to 20 minutes to reach the city center by tram from the hotel. the location is great for travelers wanting easy access to public transportation.
