The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. The metro station was very close to the hotel, and it made getting around easy. (I used it every day!)

The elevators required scanning a room card, and they were not very efficient. I sometimes had to wait a while, and the system felt inconvenient. No slippers were available in the room, a bit disappointing in a hotel of this class.

The Hop House restaurant offered delicious food. Jack and Kaleb provided great service there. The food arrived hot and promptly. I also appreciated the executive lounge. Elisabeth was very sweet. The menu changed daily, which I liked. Sushi was a highlight there (I really enjoyed it!).

The pool was not heated (which was disappointing).

i stayed in an executive king room. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i liked that. the summer beer garden offered a good experience overlooking the river. the manager, martin, was customer-focused.

The lifts required scanning a card. Then i walked to a different lift. it was not very user-friendly.
