dated room poor ac
The location was central, a definite plus. The building has character (if you like that sort of thing).
The room felt dated. The air conditioning barely functioned (I think a fan would have been more effective). I also found the water pressure in the shower to be quite poor.

clean room spacious lounge great coffee
The room was very clean. A spacious lounge provided comfortable seating. The breakfast was so nice (the coffee was great!).
The gym is somewhat small.

I really liked the staff. They were super friendly and helpful! the breakfast was also excellent with many choices. the location was amazing. It was so central, and i could walk everywhere easily.
The hot water was just lukewarm, a bummer. the room had a bit of a musty smell, and that wasn't great! also, the noise outside kept me up. It was loud music and shouting that lasted till late.

The breakfast offered diverse choices. The options seemed endless. The suite we got was a good treat. It featured great views from its location. The staff was so helpful!
The paid parking felt a bit steep (especially given the room rate). I think parking should be included in the overall price.

The hotel is near excellent restaurants and pubs, which I really liked. Parking was easy and convenient too. Check-in staff were nice.

The room was spacious and recently renovated, offering modern comfort (loved the new design!). Furnishings were excellent, and the lounge facility provided a relaxing space outside the bedroom. The stylish room included a generously sized bathroom.

an acceptable stay
superb location friendly staff excellent advice tepid water smelly room broken shower
the location were superb. it was right in the town center. all staff were friendly and helpful. they gave excellent advice on where to eat.
hot water were only tepid. the shower didnt work either. the room also had a smell. i realise the building is historic so there's no double glazing.
