An Adequate Stay, but Improvements Needed
small room non-functioning phone
The location proved acceptable for my needs.
The room was far too small. The limited space was quite noticeable. The bathroom needed significant attention. I saw what looked to be someone else's toothpaste around the sink plug. the in-room phone did not function, and considerable dust covered the headboards.

seafront view attentive staff relaxing balcony
The hotel faces the sea. It was great to see it each morning. staff were attentive and very cute when i arrived. i really liked the tea and coffee offered in my room. the balcony was a good spot to relax.

lovely room balcony must beautiful view blocked basin missing bulb uncleared request
the room i stayed in was lovely. paying more for the balcony is a must. i had beautiful views from my room.
we requested that the hand wash basin drain be cleared because water and soap scum was building up much faster than we could wash. this was not actioned although promised and the blocked hand wash basin was still not draining properly when we left. there was no bulb in the bedside table lamp.

friendly receptionist luggage assistance unlimited tea
the receptionist gave a friendly welcome. i received help carrying luggage to my room. the hotel offered unlimited tea and coffee for my room.
the heating goes OFF overnight so the room gets cold.

staff members are very polite and helpful. on my arrival, i was asked if i wanted help carrying my luggage. the receptionist was so friendly and cute, made a good impression.
