i appreciated the spacious room it had comfy beds. taking my dog was easy the hotel is well set up for pets. the secure garden provided a safe area for exercise. breakfast was fantastic a great start to the day.

the staff fetched me a gluten free cooked breakfast on saturday. i appreciated this.
the room i stayed in was grotty. the bathroom had many broken things, and it seemed like it had not been cleaned properly for a while. limescale built up around the taps, and there was hair and dust on the floors.

I found plenty of parking spaces upon arrival. The check-in process was quick and straightforward. My room included a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The location is convenient to the M4 motorway..
The breakfast quality was POOR. My room was tired and in need of updating. The wallpaper was peeling in some areas.
