Acceptable stay with problems

hard working staffoverpriced lasagnadeceptive practice
The staff worked hard, which i appreciated.
The lasagna was overpriced. It cost five pounds more than the menu stated. The waitress did not inform me about the price increase before i ordered it. This felt DECEPTIVE.

worn roomimpersonal check-in
Check-in felt impersonal. I just got a room key. I noticed stains on the wall and sheets. The room looked a bit worn and needed updating. the triple room lacked a bottom sheet on one of the beds. The pub seemed to get more attention than the guest rooms.
