my room, the double room, felt quite outdated. the bathroom had a cracked window, a real eyesore. the toilet seat was loose and wobbled anytime i sat on it. this are a big letdown considering i expected better maintenance.

The location is convenient. there is plenty of free parking behind the building. It's a huge plus. i was greeted by really friendly staff. the staff was accommodating and always ready to assist!!!

The heating was on full blast all night. I could not turn it down. i had to open the window to get some relief, however it was quite noisy outside.

I found the beds comfortable. The room provided necessary amenities, like a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits. Beautifully presented toiletries awaited me on the towels in the bathroom. The room size was also fantastic. It felt very spacious.

The temperature was warm and there was only one fan for cooling the whole room. I had to request an additional fan. This fan was delivered promptly by a friendly staff member.

i found the staff to be quite friendly. the room was spacious, and i really appreciated that. the hot shower was also a good size.

My room felt rather dated, it needs some updating. the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Its springs have seen better days. i also noticed a lack of a toilet roll holder in the bathroom.
