friendly staff spacious room central location

the welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean, and the large bathroom was a real plus. i found parking nearby to be convenient, and the central location was excellent.

the coffee in the restaurant was not to my taste.

the beautiful double room included ample space for storage. a full-length mirror that i found very useful. quirky sitting room areas are accessible, and fresh milk is available upon request, a nice touch. i noticed extra tea bags and coffee were also readily available.

staff attentiveness early luggage excellent service

I was delighted with the staff's attentiveness! The team assisted with early luggage drop-off and carried it to my room. They also secured a taxi when the original one canceled! The food stood out. I dined in the restaurant and enjoyed the excellent service.

The bedroom doors were quite heavy! They created noise upon closing. A beeping sound accompanied it. I woke several times at night because of other guests' doors closing and the noise.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is very convenient. i was able to drop off my luggage early and they took it to my room later.

my mattress was too firm. i didn't sleep well. bedroom doors were heavy and noisy as they closed! i was woken up by the noise of other guests' doors.
