the room was up too many stairs. the stairs were poorly lit. the top stair on the second flight was much deeper with no warning. the bathroom window did not close properly.

A wonderful stay..

The room was spacious and included a lovely en-suite. The hotel courtyard was a very relaxing and pleasant place to unwind. I found the breakfast delicious. The restaurant was of a high standard, and the staff were attentive.

The alley leading to the car park was quite narrow, made maneuvering a larger vehicle a bit challenging.

The hotel is centrally located, which allows very easy access to nearby shops. The hotel is also a short walk to the town center.. I found the setting perfect for exploring.

The staff was attentive. The breakfast was very good (especially the pastries!).

The room was located up a significant number of stairs. These stairs were poorly lit. I found this inconvenient with luggage.

We stayed in a superior double room! the bedding felt comfortable. i appreciated the super clean room, it really added to the experience. dinner in the orangery was amazing. The staff were professional and attentive.

I found the stairs poorly lit. There was no warning about the low ceiling in places. the top stair on the second flight was deeper with no warning. this could be hazardous for some guests.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. They assisted with directions and provided information about local attractions. even with last-minute changes, they handled everything smoothly. katie was genuine, lovely, and very kind.

the grill night in the restaurant offered excellent food, i even got compliments from other guests. breakfast was freshly cooked to order, it was a limited menu but very nice. they catered to specific dietary needs with ease, it felt special.
