my room faced the wetherspoons next door. the noise from the courtyard was loud until late. i heard people shouting until 1am.

the location is convenient with proximity to transportation. the room was recently refurbished with a big comfortable bed. i found the modern bathroom well-appointed. the staff were friendly and professional .

the room's temperature was difficult to regulate. i had to turn off the radiators at night, because it became too hot. this made it slightly uncomfortable during my sleep.

The hotel had limited parking spaces. Guests had to use the chargeable railway station car park as an overflow.

totally impressed!

The extra large double bed was comfortable. It gave me such a good night's sleep. i really appreciated the detail of refillable bottles of water. getting fresh milk from the bar was such a nice touch. the location next to the railway station was perfect for my travel plans. I loved this convenient factor. i requested a quiet room, and i was given one, i slept soundly!

the hotel only has a few parking spaces. i had to use the station car park. it incurred an extra charge :(

The restaurant serves a delicious roast dinner! the pork was tender, and the roast potatoes were perfectly cooked. I even got extra when i asked. the cauliflower cheese was delectable, and the gravy was so flavourful, they offered extra gravy upon request too.
