The rooms looked super and were very clean and very comfortable. the staff was amazing. They even brought the dogs food while we were having breakfast, so thoughtful. i loved the quick response when i asked for more tissues for the room. It was very prompt. breakfast had a great choice of options. I liked the fruit smoothies and pastries.

the paint was peeling from the bathroom roof, a slight distraction.

The reception staff was helpful and available. They responded quickly when i asked for additional items. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, i appreciated their kindness. i could also request menu changes at breakfast.

stepps train station is only a 10-minute walk away and trains leave every 25 minutes. a 15-minute train ride takes you into glasgow city centre, quite convenient. the nearest mini supermarket, co-op, is a 20-minute walk away.
