helpful staff tribute night solid bed misleading information
i enjoyed the tribute night i attended. the staff was very helpful from the start (especially at the bar).
i found that the beds were quite solid. also, the information about breakfast was misleading as it's a cooked breakfast only and not in the hotel but across the street.

the staff was lovely and kind, i noticed. the restaurant food was very tasty. a river walk near the hotel allowed me to be close to nature.
the shower had a restricted temperature, and it felt a bit too lukewarm.

The shuttle service to the airport was REALLY convenient and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, a big plus after a long flight. The restaurant and bar offered good options, i appreciated the variety after a long trip.

i found the car park good. a local bus stop is nearby for transport to the town centre. it also provides service into glasgow twice an hour. the staff were helpful, which i appreciated.
the room was very small. it felt difficult to move around. i requested a room for two people, but the bed felt more like a large single bed. the second level felt quite worn, including the hallway, bathroom, and rooms themselves.

smooth arrival refurbished room excellent food swift service
My arrival was smooth as Jamie at reception swiftly handled the check in process. The recently refurbished room on the first floor offered amazing comfort. The tribute night featured excellent food and swift service. Rebecca were very good for our vegetarian guests. The in house DJ kept everyone dancing. The entire experience was nice.

super clean room comfortable bed quiet room small room poor lighting main mirror
the room was super clean. the beds were very comfortable. i requested a quiet room, and i didn't hear a thing even with a function on at night.
the room was very small. there was no big light in the centre of the room or any decent lighting. i had to open the curtains at the window to do my hair and makeup.
