the location was indeed in a wonderful neighborhood..

the breakfast offerings became repetitive. the staff seemed unwelcoming. when i inquired about sandwiches at the bar as advertised, i was only offered toast. the staff refused to call a taxi for us during a rainstorm.

the location was acceptable it was within walking distance of some attractions

the room had a musty smell and i suspect mold i noticed the air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room i found that the staff acted indifferently when i reported it the offered solutions were lacking and the problem persisted throughout my stay

The hotel location was good. It was a 20-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio.

I was frustrated. No one told me the restaurant closed on Sundays. I only found out when I asked for a menu at 9 PM. they told me I had to eat takeout in my room. The hotel was not providing dinner that evening anyway!
