central location helpful staff daily cleaning

the location was central. i was close to the train station and many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the room was cleaned daily , so i always returned to a tidy space.

the hotel is located on multiple floors of an apartment building , , made navigating a bit confusing.

wonderful stay!

great location extra security minimal noise

The hotel is in a great location near the train station, about a 5 minute walk. a main gate provides extra security because only guests have access. the hotel is on the fifth floor, so the noise level was minimal. That was a plus. i felt safe .

I did notice that the room lacked a phone for contacting reception. That was slightly inconvenient. it would have been nice to have that direct line available.

the location was central, so getting around was easy.

The shower was tiny. It was hard to move around in it. also, the room lacked a phone, so contacting reception was impossible. we only received one key. This became inconvenient when one of us needed to re-enter while the other was out.

I found the city tax must be paid in cash only , a detail that was not communicated at check-in. I had to locate an ATM as a result.

I appreciated the elevator. It was very helpful for transporting luggage to the upper floors. The rooftop patio offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. Breakfast included a decent selection of options each morning. The proximity to the train station was a major advantage.
