Wonderful Hotel near the Train Station

convenient location kind touch excellent service free luggage
The hotel stands conveniently across the street from the train station. This made traveling simple. I received complimentary water, a welcome note, and chocolates. This was a kind touch. The staff was friendly and ready to help. Their service was excellent. I stored my luggage for free after checkout. This was very helpful as I wanted to see more of Italy.
The room seemed slightly dusty in isolated spots. Otherwise, the cleanliness was satisfactory.

the staff helped refill water bottles which was nice the lounge had free water and biscuits
the air conditioning did not work well our room became noticeably stuffy and hot i did not complain as i was there briefly i also did not like the very firm pillows or the multiple layers of sheets

This place is great. The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. I did appreciate the handwritten welcome note with chocolates upon arrival. The room was well appointed, very clean, and comfortable for my stay. I also received a thoughtful, handwritten note and a gift upon my departure.
The decor in the room could benefit from some modern updates.

convenient stay near the station

convenient location helpful staff separate seating area upgraded suite
the hotel is next to the train station it was very convenient for travel i found the staff very helpful during check-in my room included a separate seating area this. the building felt very secure i left my bags with the staff and they moved them to my room. i received an upgrade to a suite with a beautiful view
my room was dusty in some places i thought housekeeping didn't do a very thorough job cleaning when i was out. the toilet roll wasn't replaced so i had to ask at reception for more rolls.

unpleasant toilet odor dusty furniture
the hotel is just next to the train station, super convenient for travelers arriving by train.
I encountered a bad smell in the room upon arrival. It resembled toilet odor. dust was also noticeable on the furniture, disappointing.

the hotel is very close to the train station a big plus if you are traveling by train. i found the staff to be kind and polite especially at reception and during breakfast. the breakfast itself was really good and fresh i enjoyed it.
when i checked in the clerk wanted to upgrade my already paid room for extra money. i felt this was a bit of a scam and declined the offer. the room was small and the only window opened to a smelly alley i didn't like it.
