The staff was friendly and always ready to help! the location is very central. It is just a few minutes walk to many landmarks and restaurants.

The breakfast had good variety with cheese and sausages. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available. a big variety of pastries. It was ALSO possible to leave my luggage there safely after checking out!

inconsistent quality

faulty air conditioning persistent noise

i experienced some issues the air conditioning barely worked in the room this was quite uncomfortable especially given the weather there was also a noticeable noise issue coming from nearby i could hear sounds from other rooms and outside late into the night this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep and significantly impacted my overall rest

Fantastic Location and Great Breakfast!

excellent location fresh pastries

I really appreciated the hotel's location. It was only a short walk to the Duomo. The breakfast offered a wide selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The staff was helpful and always kept the breakfast area clean. The hotel provided a nice experience!

The room faced a courtyard, and I noticed the window insulation wasn't perfect. Some street noise was audible, especially early in the morning.

perfect location nice breakfast

the location is perfect, easy walk to all attractions. the breakfast is very nice. the staff was very kind.

one of the nights there was too much noise , people singing and screaming on the square in front of the hotel.
