i experienced some issues the air conditioning barely worked in the room this was quite uncomfortable especially given the weather there was also a noticeable noise issue coming from nearby i could hear sounds from other rooms and outside late into the night this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep and significantly impacted my overall rest

I really appreciated the hotel's location. It was only a short walk to the Duomo. The breakfast offered a wide selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The staff was helpful and always kept the breakfast area clean. The hotel provided a nice experience!

The room faced a courtyard, and I noticed the window insulation wasn't perfect. Some street noise was audible, especially early in the morning.

one of the nights there was too much noise , people singing and screaming on the square in front of the hotel.
