Really good Stay, was awesome

I was impressed with my room. It was a beautiful junior suite helvetia with great amenities. The walk-in closet was useful, it provided ample storage. The restaurants and bar were very stylish, with great food. Staff offer excellent service, they are very helpful. Breakfast was a daily highlight. The quality was fresh, and it provided a variety of tasty options. I found the location perfect because it's very central. The walking distance to major sites was convenient and added value to my stay. The service stood out, it felt really good. The staff demonstrated a genuine warmth. I found the little details nice, especially the chocolate treats. The roman baths were very nice. They provided a very relaxing experience. I found the concierge and front desk staff excellent, and they offered great assistance.

The robes felt a tad tired. The slippers did not meet my expectations as a 5 stars hotel. These are very minor points, but noticeable.

friendly staff perfect escape quiet location

i found the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. the room offered a perfect escape after exploring the city. the hotel location allows short walks to major points of interest, while still providing quietness.

i noticed the robes in the room were a little worn. it could be improved with newer replacements. this detail felt slightly out of sync with the overall luxury.

This wonderful hotel is in the heart of the city. the staff are friendly, from the housekeepers to the front desk personnel. i appreciated the 24-hour front desk service. It gave me peace of mind. i also noticed two dining choices and a spa within the hotel.

the welcome bottle of prosecco for the junior suite stay was not of high quality (less than 10 euros).
