city view efficient staff hot water
The breakfast location on the seventh floor had fantastic city views. laura kept the area tidy and fully stocked. I saw her making coffee and eggs to order. the air conditioning worked well, and the shower had hot water.
Street vendors were noisy early each morning. Building work was ongoing opposite the hotel.

central gem

perfect location great option fine view
the location was perfect. i was steps away from the ponte vecchio and piazza della signoria. it was also a short walk to many other historical sites.. breakfast had many great options. i especially enjoyed the omelettes made to order. the breakfast room also had fine city views. i spent some time on the balcony. there was a cushioned seat, a table, and chairs.
the staff seemed uninterested at times. the room felt too warm at 26 degrees. there weren't any functioning air-con facilities.

I found the location very nice, close to many sites. The hotel provided a clean and well kept room. The staff was helpful in providing directions to local attractions. I particularly appreciated the breakfast served on the terrace. It had a fine view.
The street was a bit noisy early in the morning due to vendors.
