the grounds provided comfortable seating outdoors. the rooms offered quiet spaces for relaxation. the staff was lovely.. every single person we encountered. i really appreciated how attentive everyone was to our needs.

the shower's hot tap came loose. it almost fell on my foot. i feel this is a safety concern that needs addressing promptly to prevent accidents.

I booked an off peak luxury getaway! the photos looked amazing. upon arrival, i realised the photos were old. our room was tired and had no fridge. The glass was blown in the window.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The grounds were beautiful, I explored them. The staff were transparent about a wedding occurring . It caused no disruption even though my room was close to the reception.

My room was small for the price. The window view was just a patch of grass. The windows faced a hallway, so people could see directly into the room. I had to keep the curtains closed all the time.

i found the staff friendly. the plentiful parking was a major plus. my room was super clean and well-kept. i especially liked the beautiful gardens, a calm space.

the hotel felt a bit maze-like with many corridors, i got lost a couple of times.
