mixed feelings about the stay

basic burger unavailable breakfast

the beef burger at dinner was basic it included just meat and bun no extras like tomato or onion i found there was no complimentary water provided in the room this reminded me of an oversight for the price paid breakfast was a letdown too i arrived at 10:10 on sunday only to be told the kitchen closed earlier i had to find a cafe elsewhere for breakfast that day.

cozy snug ev chargers fairy lit lawn

the snug was a real bonus it provided a cozy sitting room alternative to the bar i noticed a large car park with ev chargers there are walking trails near too. the restaurant presented a short menu i found the food excellent and organic. a large fairy lit lawn offered a rustic restaurant experience or i could choose the homely pub.

i found no water in the room upon arrival that was slightly inconvenient

clean room comfortable room sitting room friendly staff

i enjoyed the superior family room. it was very super clean and cozy. the communal sitting room was a nice touch. the staff members were friendly and helpful .

the shower stand in the room was broken though fixed.
