Underwhelming stay. Needs some tlc

mouldy siliconefailing key

The room was okay, i guess. It just felt a bit worn. the shower had mouldy silicone. I thought i'd left that problem behind me. also, the room key kept failing. i had to go back to reception three times before they finally came up to fix it. not exactly relaxing.

the room key stopped working several times i had to go back to reception repeatedly to get it reprogrammed it took a few tries before someone came up to fix it properly

Underwhelming stay. Issues with heating and room condition

the parking was sufficient, and the staff i spoke with seemed helpful enough.

The room was colder than expected. The radiator seemed to shut off during the night. also, there were noticeable stains on the ceiling in my room, and the bathroom could have been cleaner (i saw grime in the corners). i didn't have breakfast at the hotel (i don't think they even offered it).
