perfect location friendly staff top notch breakfast bad air conditioning heating issue baby distress

location was perfect for me. everything in the city center was in walking distance. the staff was friendly also they was very helpful. the breakfast was good and top notch.

the air conditioning wasn't good. i was told on arrival it was only heating. i had a little baby with me and the room don't get colder than 24 degrees. this cause some distress during sleeping at night.

supportive mattress fine view great coffee

I loved that the breakfast included great coffee. my room had excellent linen. The mattress was supportive. also, the sky bar offered fine city views. It was a fantastic way to end the day.

The elevator was quite small. It fit only one person and luggage.

glue smell hard bed

I gotta say, the room weren't up to snuff. The beds seemed like sleeping on concrete. The pillows had this weird, glue-like smell, it's unbearable. This really impacted my sleep. the breakfast wasn't included, and they really push it on ya. You better off walkin' around to find somethin' cheaper around the corner.

Superb Stay Near Ponte Vecchio

fantastic location helpful staff steady water

I found the location fantastic. It was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the Ponte Vecchio. The staff proved very helpful. My room was cleaned daily by efficient staff. The updated bathroom included steady hot water.

I noticed the air conditioning was placed in a way that it blew directly onto our heads. This was not ideal at all and it certainly impacted our sleep.

The location is super central, very close to the Ponte Vecchio. Many restaurants surround the hotel. I could walk to everything I had booked for the week. I found this very convenient.
