The Kennard Boutique Guesthouse, housed in an elegant Georgian town house dating from 1794, offers twelve recently refurbished and individually decorated bedrooms on five floors. Room choices include superior doubles, standard doubles, snug doubles, two singles with a shared bathroom, a twin, and a triple room. Rooms offer either a garden and city view or a street view. Each room includes free wireless internet access, a smart TV, and a tea tray with homemade biscuits. All rooms are stocked with luxurious bathroom amenities from The White Company products. The single rooms, located on the first and second floors, feature ample natural light and share a shower room.

Breakfast in Former Kitchen

Breakfast is served in the basement, in what was once the house's kitchen. Guests can enjoy an award-winning, made-to-order hot breakfast that includes a full English, eggs Benedict and Royale, avocado with poached egg, Lyme and thyme marinated mushrooms with poached egg served on toasted sourdough bread, and a cheese omelet, among other dishes. A cold buffet includes freshly prepared fruit salad, homemade granola, parfait, pastries, spreads, and jams, as well as apple, cranberry, and orange juices. Gluten-free and lactose alternatives are available. Wogan Coffee, freshly ground and roasted in Bristol, is served.
