The Kennard Boutique Guesthouse, housed in an elegant Georgian town house dating from 1794, offers twelve recently refurbished and individually decorated bedrooms on five floors. Room choices include superior doubles, standard doubles, snug doubles, two singles with a shared bathroom, a twin, and a triple room. Rooms offer either a garden and city view or a street view. Each room includes free wireless internet access, a smart TV, and a tea tray with homemade biscuits. All rooms are stocked with luxurious bathroom amenities from The White Company products. The single rooms, located on the first and second floors, feature ample natural light and share a shower room.
Breakfast in Former Kitchen
Breakfast is served in the basement, in what was once the house's kitchen. Guests can enjoy an award-winning, made-to-order hot breakfast that includes a full English, eggs Benedict and Royale, avocado with poached egg, Lyme and thyme marinated mushrooms with poached egg served on toasted sourdough bread, and a cheese omelet, among other dishes. A cold buffet includes freshly prepared fruit salad, homemade granola, parfait, pastries, spreads, and jams, as well as apple, cranberry, and orange juices. Gluten-free and lactose alternatives are available. Wogan Coffee, freshly ground and roasted in Bristol, is served.

The Kennard Boutique Guesthouse is located on Henrietta Street, a quiet residential street. The guesthouse is within walking distance of the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, and most of the city's iconic tourist attractions. Nearby landmarks include The Circus (1 km), Bath's Old Orchard Street Theatre (0.5 km), Bath Assembly Rooms (1 km), The Museum of Bath at Work (1 km), No. 1 Royal Crescent (1.5 km), Bath Abbey (0.5 km), Bath Postal Museum (0.5 km), Victoria Art Gallery (0.5 km) and Royal Victoria Park (1.5 km). The Museum of East Asian Art is situated in a restored Georgian house on Bennett Street. Bath Spa train and bus stations are a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride.

Check-in is from 2 PM until 5 PM; later check-in can be arranged. Check-out is at 11 AM. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Our reception team is here to help you for any requests or extra information, the reception is open from 8am until 5pm. The Kennard is 35 km from Bristol Airport. Taxis to and from the airport cost approximately £45 - £50. An honesty bar is available on a landing. The guesthouse has two small steps at the entrance, and rooms are located over five floors. In case of fire, an alarm will sound in every room. Secure safe-keeping facilities for personal property are available at reception.
